Cognitive behavioural, dialetical behavioural, narrative, motivational interviewing, solution focus and brief therapy are all clinical approaches used by Counselling Niagara. Counselling Niagara offers direct services in Thorold, St. Catharines and Welland. We also offer virtual therapy using Skype webcam and telephone sessions for those who are not able to meet face to face.
